Inflight Sector

Unit Manager

Job description: Manages all the operational, financial, sales, QHSE, purchasing and HR activities of the production site. Ensures that Group procedures are implemented and followed.

Duties:

  • Manage the site’s operations and oversee all services provided
  • Ensure a balanced budget and financial ratios, monitor payroll and material expenses
  • Build strong business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Provide teams with guidance and develop their skills

Profile:

  • Previous experience managing profit centers in the inflight catering or agri-food sectors
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent computer skills

Production Manager

Job description: Provide operational guidance for all production site activities.

Duties:

  • Create and enforce supply and production schedules
  • Supervise and train production teams
  • Monitor quality assurance and address issues of non-compliance
  • Ensure continuous improvement of production methods

Profile:

  • Previous experience in food production management in the institutional and/or inflight catering sectors
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Organizational and management skills
  • Excellent computer skills

Ground Handling Manager

Job description: Coordinates and oversees the daily logistics operations involved in delivering services aboard clients’ aircraft.

Duties:

  • Create and enforce onboard services delivery schedules
  • Supervise and train ground handling teams
  • Ensure continuous improvement of services delivery, and that all airport safety regulations are followed
  • Carry out inspections of vehicle fleets and safety equipment

Profile:

  • Previous experience in an airport setting or in the inflight catering sector
  • Knowledgeable in the field, strong leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage logistics issues
  • Excellent computer skills

Business Unit Director

Job description: Communicates and deploys the Group strategy within a specified area of activities (onboard business unit).

Duties:

  • Increase the unit’s revenue
  • Manage teams’ daily activities, with client satisfaction as the top priority
  • Ensure that clients’ demands are met
  • Oversee quality management procedures

Profile:

  • Previous experience in business unit management

Assistant Business Unit Manager

Job description: Builds sales teams and provides managerial support, while encouraging teamwork in their daily activities.

Duties:

  • Increase and track sales through onboard marketing initiatives
  • Propose and implement initiatives for increasing revenue
  • Communicate, enforce and ensure the proper implementation of sales methods and procedures
  • Analyze sales results and establish growth plans

  • Previous experience managing large teams remotely
  • Ability to form strong sales teams
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Onboard Sales Agent

Job description: Sells and promotes on-train catering services.

Duties:

  • Consult and guide clients in their choice of products
  • Maintain the cold chain and respect hygiene standards
  • Observe fully the procedures and methods for payment
  • Organize and keep the bar area clean

Profile:

  • Basic sales training
  • Previous sales and service experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently

Remote site sector

Operations Director

Job description: Oversees the operational, management, financial and QHSE activities on remote sites in accordance with contract agreements.

Duties:

  • Ensure contractual obligations are met to the client’s satisfaction
  • Balance the site’s budget and monitor supply and payroll expenses
  • Build, manage and train teams
  • Implement the Group’s site standards and procedures (operational, financial, purchasing, storage, QHSE, etc.)

Profile:

  • Previous experience in remote site management or institutional catering, ideally international
  • In-depth knowledge of purchasing methods and logistics
  • Ability to manage culturally diverse teams
  • Thorough and independent with strong interpersonal skills

Camp Boss

Job description: Reports to the Director of Operations and ensures total management of the remote site’s day-to-day activities.

Duties:

  • Build strong client relations and ensure services are provided according to contract specifications
  • Monitor and track purchase orders and inventory
  • Ensure strict compliance with QHSE standards
  • Prepare team schedules and develop employees’ skills

Profile:

  • Previous experience in remote site management or institutional catering, ideally international
  • Excellent computer and management skills
  • Ability to manage culturally diverse teams
  • Thorough, organized and able to adapt quickly

Chef

Job description: Prepares food for the site according to contract specifications and food health and safety procedures.

Duties:

  • Create menus that meet contract specifications
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of food preparations and ensure compliance with HACCP standards
  • Delegate tasks, plan and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff
  • Assist the camp supervisor with receiving raw materials and tracking their inventory

Profile:

  • Training in food preparation and very strong culinary skills
  • Previous experience in remote site management or institutional catering, ideally international
  • Ability to manage culturally diverse teams
  • Passion for food and cooking, as well as a motivation to enrich and share their expertise

 

Institutional catering sector

Development Manager

Job Description: Generates more business by applying marketing initiatives needed to break into new markets.

Duties:

  • Identify different avenues and opportunities for development in a specific sector while also being mindful of the competition
  • Canvass potential client opportunities
  • Prepare business proposals and respond to calls for tenders
  • Examine factors contributing to success or failure and establish initiatives to improve business outcomes

Profile:

  • Education in Business or Hospitality and Catering
  • Previous experience in marketing services in the BtoB sector (institutional catering, FM, cleaning, etc.)
  • Good writing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Area Responsible

Job description: Manages and develops the client portfolio of a specific sector while meeting contract specifications.

Duties:

  • Form loyal client relations by monitoring the quality of services provided
  • Manage and motivate operational teams (head chefs, kitchen staff, employees)
  • Monitor and direct sites’ financial activities by ensuring budget targets are reached
  • Work closely with sales teams to pursue potential clients in the sector

Profile:

  • Education in Business or Hospitality and Catering
  • Previous experience in institutional catering or business management and sales
  • Available, flexible and results oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to develop strong business and managerial relations

Head Chef

Job description: Manages the operations of an establishment according to the contract agreement and forms strong client relations.

Duties:

  • Direct, motivate and train kitchen staff
  • Manage supplies, analyze expenses and adjust them according to budget targets
  • Act as the primary contact for the client on a daily basis
  • Prepare menu cycles that meet the nutritional guidelines established

Profile:

  • Training in food preparation
  • Excellent culinary skills and extensive knowledge of dietetics and HACCP standards
  • Passion for food and cooking, as well as a motivation to enrich and share their expertise

Operations Supervisor

Job description: Ensures that the daily operations of concessions run smoothly, including financial, management and QHSE activities.

Duties:
