Since mid-November, Newrest Gabon has initiated on all its sites training with its kitchen crews.
These same teams also come to attend training in the central kitchen during their recovery period.
The Chef Trainer reviews the basic cooking techniques, works on the presentations of the dishes as well as on the taste of the preparations proposed to the customers.
Training courses for bakers / confectioners are also organized at the sites.
This initiative is highly appreciated by customers who want to extend baker / confectioner training at Newrest during their recovery time.
