Newrest participated in the Local Products Festival from October 7th to 12th

In partnership with Pacific Foodlab – at the initiative of this event – it was a new opportunity for all the teams of subsidiaries of Newrest New Caledonia to highlight the products of New Caledonia and offer meals typical 100% local.

Among the dishes on offer, guests were able to enjoy: pudding salad, vegetable bougna, caramel pork sauté, pumpkin poé, Newrest hive honey cake.
