The Bamboo restaurant opened this year at the Prefecture of Essonne and welcomes every day about 900 guests for lunch. The technical project of this restaurant is born from a co-construction with the use of the existing “BAMBOO”AGRIA brand adapted to the structuring of food offers developed by Newrest Restauration.
The current offer of the BAMBOO Restaurant consists of 10 kiosks with gourmet proposals and trends such as a Bowls counter, Casseroles, or an offer dedicated to international cuisine.Every day, the chef offers home-made dishes made from fresh, seasonal products.
For gourmets, the restaurant launches its “mini-shop” offering diners deli products to bring home.Lastly, last month, in order to guarantee an environment respectful catering, the BAMBOO teams set up a waste sorting and recycling process with the launch of the “Green Plate”. This new pictogram highlights entries, dishes or desserts prepared too much the day before and offered the next day at low prices.
