- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes & executive pastry chef oversees the production of pastries, sweets, breads, ice creams, toppings and fillings.
- He or she is the expert of creation, execution, and presentation of pastries and desserts. They must also possess expert artistic abilities to make their pastries and desserts appealing to the eye.
- Your skill in baking high quality treats should be matched by your creativity to develop new amazing tastes and recipes.
- Responsible for bakery products, bakery cleanliness and cost-effective innovative dishes.
- Strive for better presentation methods by maintaining the highest standard of service.
- Supervise and coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation.
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders
- To ensure all HSE rules & procedures are followed and hazards/near miss and accidents are properly reported
- 15 years’ experience with reputable hotels/industrial catering organization in the preparation of International sweet dishes, pastries etc.
- Good command in English Preferably Arabic/French.
