On Monday 17th February , we started a certification campaign for our HSE training. It is the AGASA (Gabonese Food Security Agency) which attends our training sessions in order to provide us with an approved certificate.
Our client Perenco recently summoned all the Caterers following food poisoning which took place on a Perenco Onshore site on which one of our competitors operates. Following this food poisoning, Perenco asked all Caterers operating on their sites that their agents have a certificate in training in food hygiene carried out by an external organization.
We have demonstrated the excellence of our food safety training, but we have been asked to have it officially approved. The provincial director of AGASA therefore takes part in our training and was impressed.
All our teams will attend these training courses approved by AGASA from 17th February to 13rd March 2020.
