Newrest celebrates two Facility Management openings in Colombia
Following our expansion in Facility Management, in January 2021, two important clients joined our portfolio. Cenit, a subsidiary of the Ecopetrol Group dedicated to the transport and logistics of hydrocarbons, and the Zoraida Cadavid institution in Sierra, which is focused on providing and promoting basic and comprehensive education of children and young people to improve their quality of life.
Our operation at Cenit began on January 2nd, 2021. We will offer toilet, cafeteria and gardening services, as well as deep cleaning, disinfection and fumigation brigades, among other services. Now, Newrest – Servihoteles has a presence in 11 stations located in the regional Cundinamarca, Tolima and Huila, with the clear objective of keeping the facilities in optimal condition and a pleasant environment for all who work on site.
Newrest – Servihoteles began its collaboration with the Zoraida Cadavid institution in Sierra in 2019 with the institutional catering service for all its students. We now celebrate the opening of the Facilities Management service, occurred on January 12th, for all its headquarters in Cundinamarca and Bogota. We will provide many services such as toilet, cafeteria and gardening services, as well as cleaning and deep disinfection brigades, complying with all biosecurity protocols requested by the educational field. In addition, we will have the minor maintenance management through our Serviglobal platform.
Two new projects that we welcome with pleasure and will continue to show that with effort, hope and dedication we have the ability to be the best in the guild. Despite the global health crisis, we are going through, we will continue our expansion goals with the support of our business force, which will allow us to generate jobs and improve the quality of life of new employees and their families.
