Newrest French Polynesia collaborates with two Asian chefs for ATN

As part of culinary innovation, two Asian chefs, Chef Makoto Katano and Chef Kazuhiro Okawa, have arrived in Papeete to train the chefs of Newrest French Polynesia for the new menu of Air Tahiti Nui airlines.

Two Asian chefs, Chef Makoto Katano and Chef Kazuhiro Okawa, have been invited to train for a week the local teams of Newrest French Polynesia as part of the development of the new recipes of the card aboard the Papeete-Narita line of Air Tahiti Nui. On this occasion, the Polynesian media have had the pleasure to meet and interview the teams of the kitchen Newrest (in French):

The meals will be available to passengers from October 1st.
