On Friday 24th January 2020, our HSE and Purchasing departments held a meeting with three of our local fruit and vegetable suppliers.
The objective of this meeting was to train our suppliers on our storage and reception procedures.
The training focused on the APPROVAL AND RECEPTION OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES, and we thus took the feedback from our internal customers (our Campboss) to see to what extent we could, together, better satisfy them.
This training allows you to acquire the basics of fruit and vegetable approval by alternating theory and practice because this skill becomes essential to ensure the visual and sanitary quality of fruits and vegetables.
Approval also allows us to ensure the traceability of all products.
