Newrest has joined the commitments of the European Chicken Commitment

Actor committed to the ethical respect of the guest and the use of quality raw materials, Newrest shares the recognition of the need to improve breeding and slaughtering practices in the broiler industry and agrees with the commitments of the European Chicken Commitment that you can discover here.

By 2026, 100% of our catering for  in Europe will be supplied with chicken meat from farms and slaughterhouses meeting all the criteria of the European Chicken Commitment. In France, additionally, at least 20% of our supply volumes will come from farms meeting these criteria and guaranteeing animals access to the outdoors or to a winter garden.
