Newrest in New Caledonia welcomed and trained the RSMA-NC

Team of Newrest Restauration Française welcomed the RSMA-NC trainers invited to a discovery day led by the QHSE department. On the program: hygiene and safety induction, visit to the central kitchen French restaurant, visit and meals on the CHT Médipôle site, exchanges around the content of future training in food safety but also in terms of health and safety at work.

In order to have trained and competent catering agents and polyvalent hotel agents to cope with its expansion, but also to contribute to the economic and social development of the business parks, Newrest in New Caledonia in partnership with the RSMA -NC, offers the opportunity to integrate its subsidiaries to young people between 18 and 25 years, in a situation of academic and professional failure and risk of exclusion, subject to successful completion of their 10-month training, sanctioned by the Award of the Certificate of Personal Aptitude for Insertion (CAPI).

The RSMA is a military unit under the Ministry of Overseas whose main mission is to promote the socio-professional integration of young Caledonian volunteers away from the labor market.
