A traditional menu was served to the guests in a setting transformed into a luxuriant and colorful garden. The dishes such as the cod accras, the Colombo pork sauté, the turmeric rice or the Creole potato gratin have delighted the many guests. The Newrest teams were congratulated for the quality of the service and the flavor of the food.
