During the “energy diagnostics” presentation organized by the CCI of New Caledonia, Newrest Restauration Française stood out among 17 companies / manufacturers by its mastery and management of energy resources within its manufacturing processes.
2020 will be an opportunity to continue our eco-responsible approach by reducing energy waste. So our 4 optimization measures will be:
- Increased staff awareness of good use practices,
- A campaign to replace electric lighting with LED,
- Resumption of sealing of cold equipment and cold storage rooms,
- The establishment of an anaerobic digestion unit in order to recover our organic waste and supply the boiler of our washing circuits.
