Since September 2022, this program allows restaurants to discover the street food of a new destination every month.
From the souks of Marrakech to the tacos of Mexico City, Newrest takes its customers to visit the world.
A program that adapts to new consumer expectations
Street food and travel are the center of new consumer trends. Consumers need escape, flexibility, and simplicity without having to travel. The group offers its guests an immersive and entertaining experience in a 100% street food atmosphere.
Already 7 months of culinary travel
The Citiz program started with Honolulu and its Hawaiian specialties. Newrest chefs practiced Thai street food during the month of October dedicated to the city of Bangkok. Customers then embarked on a trip to Berlin in November!
The year 2022 ended in New York with hotdogs and 2023 began in Lima with picarones! Then, the team flew to the sun of Marrakech for the month of February. In March, the Citiz animation made discover the Vietnamese flavors.
Another 5 months to finish this world tour
Newrest is making us travel again for 5 months with new destinations.
Palermo, Mexico, Athens, Mumbai, Johannesburg… it’s time to embark!
Through this program, Newrest introduces new flavors to the guests, and allows chefs to express their culinary identity.
