Silver Fourchette: a Chef from Newrest Coralys was awarded the second place

The final of the Silver Fourchette gastronomy competition took place on Monday, March 29th at the AFPA Pays de Savoie in Poisy in partnership with ISETA and under the patronage of Disciples d’Escoffier. The theme of the final was “around the garden”, with a particular focus on “local” sourcing.

John Dullin was awarded the second place in the contest. The purpose of this contest was to be able to meet between institutions “retirement homes” around the residents “good eating”.More than a competition, this event was a real partnership with the EHPAD and its residents, a moment of sharing, discovery, meeting and conviviality.
