This month, the HARi&CO teams joined the Newrest teams for a day to offer an entertainment in the various Newrest restaurants in France: Ile de France (Espace Seine, Orano, Perspective Defense …), South-East (OGEC The Sacred Heart, The Rose Garden Saint Joseph, School Jeanne d’Arc …) and Northwest (Ferrero, Imperial Tobacco, Caisse d’Epargne …).
On this occasion, guests were literally transported into the world of HARi&CO and enjoyed meatless meatballs or nuggets! Originally 100% vegetable and organic, they are concocted with French legumes: green lentils, chickpeas or flageolets.
We were all seduced by these healthy and greedy products, thank you HARi&CO!
WHAT IS HARi&CO?
Founded in 2014 by Emmanuel Brehier and Benoît Plisson, two agricultural engineers from Lyon, HARi&CO is a vegetable food start-up. Its mission: to put legumes at the heart of the plate for all those who seek to make sense of their diet while having fun to eat. The range of organic and made in France products consists of patties and dumplings in 100% vegetable version, made from legumes grown in France.
The HARi&CO approach:
- Promote sustainable agriculture
Vegetables have many benefits for the environment: water-saving, they naturally enrich the soil. Contribute to the development of the French and organic legume sector by developing partnerships with agricultural cooperatives, notably through multi-year contracts.
- Do not compromise on product quality
HARi&CO products are manufactured in France, in Drôme Provençale. This proximity allows them to master their know-how and process. The recipes are made from 100% French legumes: green lentils, chickpeas, red beans, but no soy.
HARi&CO uses ingredients “at home”, without preservatives, aroma, flavor enhancers. In short, without any additives!
- To discover a healthy and gourmet cuisine based on legumes
With the collaboration of the chefs, HARi&CO has developed easy recipes with their products. These are rich in fiber and protein sources. Vegetables associated with cereals present in Hari&Co recipes allow an excellent assimilation for a good balanced diet.
