Newrest encourages all its employees and other external stakeholders* to follow the whistleblowing procedure if they witness a situation presenting a risk of violation or a proven violation of the relevant legislation, of the principles of the Group's Code of Conduct or representing a danger or a threat to the general interest.

The Group undertakes to protect the anonymity of the whistleblower and of the persons involved against any kind of reprisal. It will treat all reports and conduct investigations impartially, fully respecting the presumption of innocence and the legislation in force.
