Since 2004, Newrest has been a key player in the catering sector. Located in Sainte-Marie, the company offers catering air services as well as catering commercial services at the international airport, playing a key role in the island's tourism development.

Newrest La Réunion is developing two main activities from its facilities in Sainte-Marie. The first is catering, with the production and loading of services for the Corsair and French Bee airlines. The second is the management of catering concession outlets at Roland Garros airport, in partnership with well-known brands such as Cap Méchant and Caffè Illy. These operations are supported by a dedicated production unit in Saint-Denis, and illustrate Newrest’s long-standing commitment to service quality and local partnerships. The company has strengthened its presence on the island over the years, notably with the acquisition of Airshop in 2010 and the development of new catering and lounge spaces.
