Our Commitments to our employees

Engaging with our stakeholders is essential to our long-term growth.

Since 2022, our “be the change” Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) charter has been evolving to align with the Paris Agreement on climate and embody our commitment to sustainable growth. Convinced that progress also depends on people, we are deploying the necessary tools to ensure that everyone can flourish in a healthy, safe and constructive environment.

9 pillars of commitment

Our organisation's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) charter is based on 9 principles specific to our context, including 3 social principles:

Talent and diversity

Collaboration with associations to support local social and environmental initiatives aligned with our values and the principles of our Code of Conduct, which defines a clear framework for conducting our business.
