Newrest has been operating in Zambia since 2010 for its first major client Emirates. In 2019, we built a brand new catering unit ensuring high Quality and Food Safety standards. Since then, the company has been awarded numerous important contracts: Qatar Airways in 2021, Uganda Airlines and South African Airways in 2024, RwandAir in 2025; and also expanded its catering expertise and renown to the mining sector, a really promising sector in Zambia with its famous Copperbelt.
