Newrest Netherlands began operations at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol with a focus on inflight catering, including Buy-On-Board and Duty-Free services. Over the years, the company has expanded significantly, now operating from a modern 5,683 m² facility inaugurated in 2020, located just 800 meters from the airport ramp to streamline logistics. This unit is ISO 9001:2015 certified, Halal compliant, and features dual production flows for Halal and non-Halal meals. Leveraging advanced technologies such as collaborative robots (Cobots), Newrest Netherlands produces over 10,000 meals daily for 13 major airline clients. Its long-standing expertise and innovation-driven approach have solidified its role as a key inflight service provider at one of Europe’s busiest airports
