Bistro de Chef par Michel Sarran

Michel Sarran, French Chef and owner of a Michelin-starred restaurant and jury member on reality cooking show “Top Chef” in France, signed an exclusive contract with Newrest Wagons-Lits. Five different sandwiches, salads and hot dishes will be available for passengers to enjoy at the TGV bar along the entire French rail network.

“I want to create tasty food that tickles the palate. If I can stir up emotions through my cooking, then I’ve achieved my goal in sharing a pleasurable experience.”

Five gourmet offerings with new flavors: wasabi crab wrap, macaroni with cream, ham and gruyère cheese, veggie risotto and quinoa salad with veggies and tofu. And of course the ham sandwich done Southwest style!
