Between October 5 and 23, 2016, the train will be stopping off in 15 towns all over France to present information on “How to eat to improve your health” to the general public.
Each stage is a chance for the senses to travel by discovering different flavors and by meeting researchers, artisans and local producers. The 7 wagons will host activities, workshops, exhibitions, advice stands and talks on food.
The train’s visitors can also discover the new SNCF catering menu in wagon 2 and, in particular, products from the “Bistro de Chef by Michel Sarran” range created by Newrest Wagons-Lits specifically for the TGV lines.
