Born Catair in 1996, the Group became Newrest in December 2005 through a Management Buy Out driven by its current president, Olivier Sadran.
Currently, Newrest Spain operates in 14 bases in both Mainland Spain and the Canary Islands and the Balearics.
We also have a Central Production Unit located in Palma de Mallorca, specialized in production of frozen meals for airlines.
Newrest Spain provides solutions of catering for institutions, catering inflight, buy on board solutions, and recently catering and logistics solutions for the rail sector.
