Since 2009, Newrest has been expanding its operations in Canada, starting in Montreal, followed by Calgary in 2010, and Toronto in 2015. Our modern, secure, and technologically advanced units ensure top-quality service. In 2018, we launched a dedicated unit for Air Canada capable of serving up to 200 flights per day. Today, with our strategically located units, Newrest Canada supports over 30 airlines on long-haul, regional, and charter flights.
Our commitment to culinary excellence is at the heart of our operations. A dedicated team of executive chefs continuously develops our menus, ensuring they meet the diverse expectations of our clients and international standards. These experts also work closely with our kitchen teams on-site, sharing their expertise and ensuring the rigorous application of recipes and quality standards at every stage of preparation.
