In New Caledonia, our 350 employees cook 15,000 meals a day for schoolchildren, students, military personnel, medical staff, patients and mining sector personnel. Our commitment is to guarantee healthy, high-quality, tasty food for all. Newrest also operates services from Facility Management, including cleaning, upkeep of green spaces and maintenance.
