Inflight catering in Morocco

Morocco has 6 infilght catering units: Casablanca, Marrakech, Tangier, Agadir, Rabat and Fes.

Every day, our 6 production units develop and execute recipes for the most prestigious airlines, as well as for smaller operators who have opted for simplified catering. Altogether, our Newrest Morocco teams cook some 550,500 meals a year for a dozen airlines.

Inflight catering also includes a wide range of services offered to airlines, such as the management of on-board services (sale of duty-free or catering products), the management and logistics of supplies and the commercial back office or special services for VIP flights.

Hygienists and quality specialists are always on hand to ensure optimum quality, hygiene and food safety. We strictly adhere to HACCP rules, and the Casablanca production unit is ISO 22000 certified (food safety management system).
