After many years of presence in Morocco in the Catering and Retail businesses and in line with our expansion strategy Newrest Group has acquired 100% of ATASA in Morocco.

In addition to operating in airport concessions (bars and restaurants in Casablanca, Marrakesh, Tangier, Rabat & Agadir, etc) as well as B&I catering, Newrest ’s ATASA subsidiary serves leading European and Middle Eastern international airlines.

This acquisition has allowed Newrest to grow within the Kingdom of Morocco, and expand our scope of business to include inflight catering, Newrest Group’s core business sector.
