The Newrest Inflight Catering Unit in Geneva was inaugurated in 2010 and is mainly dedicated to the production of inflight meals for various airlines and private aviation.
Newrest Geneva also manages a majority of the airport lounges at Geneva International Airport, including catering & associated services.
Under the direction of our creative executive chef, our employees prepare an average of 1.500 meals daily in our 3.000m2 production unit.
The Newrest GVA unit is airside, and follows strict HACCP, quality and hygiene procedures. The unit ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14000 & Halal certified.
