Newrest Inflight Logistics Joint-Venture

Newrest Group and Jan Bergman have mutually agreed that Newrest Group shall acquire the 25% shares that the Bergman family owns in their Joint-Venture in Scandinavia, Newrest Inflight Logistics (NIL).
The Bergman family wishes to focus on other strategic initiatives as well as family endeavors in the coming years.
