Newrest Kitchen in Geneva, based at the border of GVA’s apron, was inaugurated in 2010 and is dedicated to the production of inflight meals for both major airlines and private aviation companies.
We also take care of most of Geneva’s airport lounges catering & associated services. We produce an average of 1500 meals daily in our 3000m2 production unit. We dispose of a “Western” kitchen, but also a “halal” kitchen to give full satisfaction to our multicultural customers. Geneva site is ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14000 & Halal certified.
We also have a catering and retail branch in Switzerland. Several administrations, companies, international organizations and museums trust Newrest for their restaurants and cafeterias. The heart of our mission consists in delivering quality products, in the total respect of HACCP, quality and hygiene procedures.
