Newrest has expanded in Switzerland over the past 14 years in the airline and concession catering sector.

Newrest Switzerland has been present in French Switzerland since 2010, marking its entry into the Swiss market through a joint venture with Canonica SA. This collaboration allowed Newrest to establish itself in Geneva by opening a unit and expanding its activities in Switzerland.

From the outset, the Newrest Group created 2 entities under the Newrest Switzerland banner: Newrest Inflight SA, dedicated to inflight catering (commercial aviation, private aviation, lounges), and Newrest Restauration SA, which manages commercial and collective catering. This partnership has thus strengthened Newrest’s presence and expansion in the country.

Newrest Restauration SA, present in French-speaking Switzerland since 2010, specializes in corporate catering. Based in Geneva, it employs nearly 100 collaborators who work daily for the well-being of guests. With its local expertise, the company has distinguished itself by its ability to design personalized catering solutions in close collaboration with its clients. The services offered are managed by a dedicated team in Geneva, where the human resources, operations, QHSE, finance, marketing, and communication departments are located, all working closely with general management and a long-term strategic vision.
