Since October 2014, the company has been operating as Newrest Zambia Limited.
In October 2010, Newrest bought 50% of First Catering Limited’s capital and started managing Lusaka’s inflight catering unit.
Since October 2014, the company has been operating as Newrest Zambia Limited following Newrest’s purchase of the remaining shares.
Newrest Zambia Limited is located in Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (KKIA) of Lusaka.
Since 2019 Newrest Zambia operates in a brand-new facility which installs the company and its Brand as a well-known catering provider.
Inflight catering is our main activity, with a network of long-haul, regional and charter flights. Our unit also provide services to Airport Lounges and school (Lusaka French School).
In addition, we operate a kitchen at Medland Hospital for impatient meals and cater for the hospital’s cafeteria.
Newrest Zambia is certified ISO 9001 and is Halal compliant.
