Newrest entered the Croatian market in 2006 through a joint venture with the Airport of Dubrovnik.
At this time, the company began with Inflight catering and over the years has expanded to add retail and catering to its activities portfolio.
In addition to the 10-year retail concession from 2010, in 2017 Newrest Dubrovnik won a tender for a 7-year retail activities concession in the newly built Terminal C and thus has added 4 new points of sales to the 4 existing making it 8 points of sales and 1 hot kitchen.
The company grew steadily and within the past 5 years has increased its revenues by 70%.
