Following a request early 2014, Newrest Group has been granted a license to provide catering services at both Brussels International and Brussels South Charleroi Airports.
The inauguration of the brand-new inflight logistics unit in Charleroi airport took place in September 2014. On April 13th, 2015 the Inflight kitchen of Brussels airport opened.
Inflight catering is the main activity of Newrest Belgium catering units, with a targeted well-balanced portfolio of Long Haul, Regional, VIP and Charter flight operations.
The inflight kitchen in BRU has been designed and built-in order to feature two physically separated Halal and non-Halal production flows when CRL unit is dedicated to logistics, Buy-on-Board and Duty-Free services.
Newrest is in process to be ISO 9001:2015 certified in 2025.
