Newrest Nigeria EPZE

Newrest Nigeria formally known as Airline Services & Logistics PLC (ASL) was established in 1996 to provide catering and inflight related services to airlines operating in Nigeria.
In 2015, Newrest Group increased its share of the company’s capital and has taken the operational responsibility of both Lagos’ and Abuja’s inflight kitchens.
Since then, Newrest implemented its standard Policies and Procedures and has invested in the facilities. The company officially changed the name into Newrest ASL EPZE in July 2016
In October 2020, Newrest announced and assumed 100% ownership of Newrest ASL and the company is now named Newrest Nigeria.
The Lagos & Abuja unit currently supplies more than 7.500 meals a day for 9 major inflight clients and serves more than 100,000 guests at various airport lounges yearly.
The duty-free shop managed by Newrest Nigeria has been re-designed in June 2016, and has steadily increased its turnover since then.
The Newrest Nigeria is certified by ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018 and Halal to provide safe and good quality food to its clients.
Both units rigorously respect national and international safety and hygiene procedures through the Newrest Quality Management system and implemented HACCP processes.
