Newrest in The Netherlands

Inflight catering (including Buy-On-Board and Duty Free) is the main activity of the Newrest Amsterdam unit.

Due to the expansion of the airport, we had to move operations to a brand new unit at Schiphol Airport in April 2020.

The new 5683 m2 unit is only 800m drive to the access of the ramp to ease logistics and to be as close as possible to our clients.

Newrest Amsterdam unit is Halal and ISO 9001-2015 certified and features two split production flows for Halal and non-Halal food preparation.

The unit currently supplies more than 10’000 meals a day for 13 main clients and features the most recent technologies in automated management, security and production, including Cobots (Collaborative Robots).
