Newrest’s Remote site catering activities in full expansion in Maghreb.

It is with conviction that Newrest is consolidating its presence in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia, by developing its remote site.

A new dynamic in Morocco

Newrest renews its contract with the Lycée Français Guy de Maupassant, which has held since 2018, and hosts nearly 2,000 students, offering healthy, balanced catering to help awaken students’ taste sensibilities. To meet the needs of children and young people, the group has deployed 3 of its concepts in this site : “Street Attitud'” for high school students, “entre2cours” for middle school students and “Madeleine” for primary school students.

Credit du Maroc has requested Newrest’s know-how in contract catering for its new headquarters in Casablanca. A headquarters promoting comfort, well-being, and health of its occupants, in compliance with WELL certification.

Restauration Contrat Concepts

New contracts added to Tunisian wallet

With Les P’tits plat du chef concept, the 1,000 guests of Benetton and Bulgin will be able to discover sincere, authentic cuisine in warm and pleasant atmosphere.

Newrest Tunisia is reinforcing its position on remote sites, in the south of the country, with SODEPS (Société de développement et d’Exploitation du Permis du Sud) where the group operates on 2 sites with more than 100 guests daily.

The group is also developing a new partnership with one of Tunisia’s major actors in fuel distribution OLA ENERGY. For this new station, at the entrance to the Tunis freeway, Newrest operates a catering outlet under the brand PLAN B and manages the “Marbe”, the reference brand for OLA station mini-markets. Managing the mini-markets was a premiere for Newrest Tunisia, which has embraced the challenge with success. On the agenda: degustations, events, and new products every day… enough to satisfy all visitors.

To finish on this successful note, the Tunisian team was able to carry out 9 reopenings in just few months at gas stations and airports. These include 2 reopenings at Tunis and Djerba airports with the “Plan B” concept, and 7 reopenings at Total Energies service stations. Of this 7 reopenings, 4 are “Dailybreak coffee” concepts and the other 3 under the “Plan B” banner.

Newrest’s know-how and focus on providing its customers with healthy food have led to the development of its catering activities in Maghreb.
