The cinnamon at Newrest!
The 2019-2020 PURE animation program is back at restaurants in the Newrest world. In December, our chefs sublimated cinnamon, “aromatic bark full of flavors”.
Our chefs have revealed all the richness this raw product offers us with the recipes of the “Chefs Unlimited” club. In cookies, in the iconic gingerbread or in wine, our guests were able to rediscover this spice which is one of the oldest in the world.
