The Newrest Monrovia unit was constructed from November 2013 to August 2014, and fitted with state of the art kitchen equipment. The design and construction was supervised by the Newrest Technical department, with expertise in the construction and renovation of our units worldwide.
Following the Ebola crisis which swept Liberia, the Newrest ROB unit was temporarily closed.
A minimum of staff have remained on salary to handle the administration and maintenance of the unit.
In order to re-open the unit there are some works necessary to make the unit operational again, staff will need to be recruited.
The Newrest Monrovia production unit engages to meticulously follows the HACCP Quality and Hygiene procedures.
