Pointe à Pitre unit is the second catering unit opened in the West Indies and has been inaugurated in April 2010.
The unit construction and development project was designed and supervised by the technical department of Newrest International who has experienced many renovations and constructions of catering unit specialized in meals production for airlines companies.
Inflight catering is the main activity of Pointe à Pitre unit due to the European network and charter flights, and most of the unit production is dedicated to the catering.
