The Unit layout and construction project have been designed and supervised by Newrest International Technical Department that has the experience of numerous renovations and constructions of in-flight kitchens around the world.
In-flight catering is the main activity of Orly Catering Unit with long-haul, European and charter flight catering operations, while part of the production volume is related to contract catering.
Today the Newrest Paris Orly kitchen prepares an average of 11,100 meals and serves approximately 45 flights every day. This kitchen complies with HACCP quality process as well as procedures and is Halal and ISO 9001 certified.
