Our school restaurants in Tunisia celebrate the start of the holiday season
In the 10 partner schools where we serve 5,000 meals a day, we wanted to create special events in our restaurants. After a difficult year, particularly with the closure of schools, we wanted to celebrate these moments of joy and sharing.
A special menu has been developed jointly by the Chefs Guild of Newrest Tunisia, made up of the best chefs from the institutions concerned. Tasty dishes delighted the children’s taste buds.
The celebrations continued on the sites and the atmosphere became more and more festive. Chocolate distribution, presence of Santa Claus; the children were captivated. What a joy to share such moments of celebration, always in accordance with the health rules.
This last week also marked the end of the PURE program with the emphasis on cocoa. For the occasion, the children were awarded their little gourmet diploma. In keeping with our festive activities, our Chefs have prepared wonderful Yule logs and chocolate truffles for them.
