Since April 2014, the Newrest Le Bourget (LBG) production unit has been located in Le Thillay. The LBG unit brings together the traditional catering area and the warehouse in one place. The 1,800 m² site opened in 2014.
Catering “” DARK KITCHEN style “” is the main activity of Le Thillay unit with operations and shipments throughout France.
Today, the Newrest kitchen at Le Thillay prepares an average of 5,000 meals and desserts per day for our customers in compliance with HACCP Quality and Hygiene procedures.
