Ibiza: New contract for Newrest Spain with We Project
On November 1st, teams of the Newrest Spain in Ibiza started serving We Project, a subsidiary of the FuerteGroup hotel group based in Marbella.
The Group has purchased a hotel that We Project will reform in a number of stages, globally, to turn it into a 4-star hotel. Teams of Newrest Spain to Ibiza provide breakfast, lunch and dinner services to the staff in charge of the renovation. They are on average 200 workers a day for 6 months, working continuously until the end of April, when work on the island is no longer allowed.
In recent weeks, a reform has been made in the catering kitchen to adapt it to this new hot meal service.
