Inflight catering remains the main activity of Newrest CDG’s inflight kitchen with Long Haul, Short Haul, Charter and VIP flight catering operations, including various daily Airbus A380 services.

Efficient and safe, this kitchen is equipped with the latest biometric technology.

Newrest CDG’s unit holds an “Habilitated Supplier” safety certificate and a Halal certification issued by the Great Mosque of Paris (dedicated and fully separated Halal and non-Halal production areas and flows.
