It was designed with a view to industrializing production and respecting recognized standards in terms of quality. It has an imposing storage area as well as a production area.
The sole activity is collective catering, divided between school clients, hospitals and company restaurants. It works according to the principle of cold bonding.
Today, Newrest Catering’s central kitchen produces up to 2,500 meals each day at 13 different sites. It has several certifications (including ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 45001) and significantly develops digital technology throughout its activity.
