Newrest’s teams in Charles-de-Gaulle, who have served Air India for many years, have worked closely with the spanish teams to succeed in this launch.

This contract represents a double culinary challenge:

  • to respect flavours and typical dishes of the Indian cuisine. This challenge has been successfully carried out thanks to a partnership with the Tandoori Station restaurant’s Chef in Madrid (the most famous in Spain for Indian cuisine), Mr. Nadeem Siraj. He has worked on receipts and production tools with our teams since the tender and will accompany us as a consultant during a minimum of one year to validate each cycle produced by our teams
  • 100% of fresh production, BC and YC, not any frozen hot dish
