Newrest Spain has organized its Second Nutrition Technical Days
Following the success of the first edition, Newrest Spain has organized, this time in the island of La Gomera in Canary Islands, its Second Nutrition Technical Days from July 5th to 7th.
These days have included several exhibitions about nutrition, reduction of waste in the canteens, synergies between countries of the group, projects of school canteens and seniors, etc. They are their second edition and we can say that they have been a success again, as they have been a fantastic opportunity to share experiences and points of view with the different leaders of the dining rooms. Opinions, different perspectives and proposals for improvement will help us to implement our processes in the short and long term and will be our reference for improvement.
In addition, all the guests have had the opportunity to take a guided tour of the Garajonay National Park, one of the most beautiful in Europe.
