Occitanie in the spotlight at Newrest!

In partnership with “Sud de France”, we have imagined events to introduce our guests to local products from the Occitanie region.

The Sud de France events took place with the participation of eight Newrest restaurants: Lycée SMDN, Clinique Occitanie, DRFIP Rangueil, CREPS, Trésorerie Générale, DGA Balma, EDA Pérignon and La Dépêche du Midi.

Our chefs proposed a local menu through four suggestions:

  • Country-style Pâté of RECAPE
  • Sauteed pork of Maison RECAPE
  • IGP rice of Camargue de RIZ DE CANAVARE
  • Organic raspberry and apricot yogurt of YEO FRAIS
